Congratulations to GM Magnus Carlsen for winning the tournament! GM Carlsen's new rating of 2836 leaves him close to eclipsing the highest-elo rating of all-time, held by retired former World Chess Champion Gary Kasparov, who achieved an elo rating of 2851 on the on the July 1999 and January 2000 FIDE ratings lists.
Regarding some of the labels you find on the crosstable, the Perf. column shows the player's performance rating for the tournament. The +/- column shows how many elo points the player gained or lost due to his performance in this tournament.
