Chess News

2010 Cez Trophy Chess Match
-------------------------------------------
The 2010 edition of the  Cez Trophy chess match  took place  between April 22nd-24th April 2010. 
This match was between Grandmaster Judit Polgar of Hungary and GM David Navara of the  Czech Republic.
The match consisted of 8 rapid chess games at a time control of  25 minutes/game
 plus 10 seconds per move. GM Polgar won the match by a score of 6-2. Congratulations Judit!


 3rd Women's Chess Grand Prix
---------------------------------------------
At the present time 12 of the top women chess players in the World are competing in the Nalchik
Grand Prix Event. This tournament runs from April 25th until May 8.Here is a list of the participants:
