Magnus Carlsen is the top-rated chess player in the World

19 year old Grandmaster Magnus Carlsen has become the highest-rated chess player in the World. Carlsen is first on the new FIDE ratings list which was released by the governing body of chess, the FIDE.

Here are the top-rated players on the January 2010 ratings list:
